Harmful? Who knows?

Hey California!  These are the permits pulled for test crop fields from 1996-2006.  

Sure hope we had no wind, otherwise god knows what blew into god knows where.

Don't feel left out if you live anywhere else.
California was #7 on the list for amount of test fields in 2006.  (Kentucky was #1)
